Autumn. Sonoma County is fickle this time of year. Foggy, cool mornings that transform the landscape into mystical vistas give way to sunny, warm days where light and shadow play until dusk.
The light sharpens the autumn reds, golds, and chocolate browns into a Monet-like vision.
Greens and blues warm Spring Lake.
The ordinary eaves of a snack bar change into a glowing red and color jumps.
The cityscape reflects its own autumnal mood.
A simple board fence glows gold as another Sonoma County day ends.
